Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve first-level documents (those requiring the approval of the Minister, Deputy Ministers, or the Secretary General).
  • Manage classified and important documents.
  • Coordinate among divisions and deliberate on issues related to responsibilities and authority.
  • Process written interpellations assigned through the Legislative Interpellation Case Management System, including receiving, assigning, tracking, and official replies.
  • Register, distribute, file, and exchange official documents submitted to the Secretary General’s Office by the Ministry and its subordinate agencies.
  • Assist the Minister and Deputy Ministers in handling ministry affairs.
